2024 Annual Food and Clothing Distribution

Our Global Village Charitable Foundation has served Surrey with many initiatives since 2014.We are very proud to have worked for years with the Surrey’s homeless community. Our commitment to the cause, lead the city of Surrey to shift more than 200 homeless from tents on 135A street, into shelters.

On Jan 14th, to start 2024, we celebrated Magi Mela (ਮਾਘੀ ਦਾ ਮੇਲਾ-fair to honour the memory of the forty Sikh warriors killed during the Battle of Muktsar in 1705). We served food and distributed gently used clothes to our homeless community. Service took place at 12:00pm at the Lookout society -10667 135A Street, Surrey.
